1. Interpretation
The purpose of this policy (hereinafter referred to as "the Policy") is to inform HSK Apprentice A1 - C2 users (hereinafter referred to as "User(s)") of the HSK Apprentice related mobile and tablet applications (hereinafter referred to as "Applications") of the following procedures:

that the Applications collect personal data in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 relating to computers, files and freedoms, in its current version (hereinafter referred to as "Privacy Act").
The party responsible for the collection of personal data is Tintintsdeals Pty. Ltd., as its child HSK Apprentice (hereinafter referred to as "We", " Us" or "Our").
Our Policy may be modified at any time by Us, in particular to comply with any regulatory, jurisprudential, editorial or technical changes. All Users must be aware of changes prior to navigating Our Applications. Do also know that this Policy is an intregral part of the "Terms and Conditions".
Where appropriate, this Policy shall remain applicable in, at least, the following instances:

when using the Applications;

during any sales;
-
during any games; and
-
when maintaining Applications.
When using the Applications, data may be collected and processed in order to allow access to the Applications (hereinafter referred to as "the Services") for administrative and commercial management purposes.
2. When we collect data
We carry out regular data collecting duties in order to maintain correctly flowing applications. Such data is used to display content whether it be from something that someone published or to generel profile information. All data collection is made in concordance with the Privacy Act.
When we collect information or data, we are collecting it from the following areas:

when you sign up for an account on any of the Applications;

when you enter details in general on any of the Applications;

when you enter any other kind of details or information on any of the Applications in generel, including, but not limited to any of the areas where you can chat, comment, add any content etc.; and

any data from your browsing on any of the Applications through visiting an exterior web page, clicking on a link, and performing searches, etc.
3. Your rights
In accordance with the Privacy Act, you have the right to access, rectify, oppose and delete your personal data.
You can exercise this right at any given moment in a variety of ways, such as:

The request must be accompanied by a photocopy of a valid piece of identification worth more than 100 points.
In accordance with the Privacy Act, your request will be processed within a maximum of 2 months after being received.
Please know that abusive requests are punishable by the Privacy Act.
In certain cases, you can also exercise this right directly in the following other ways:

You can at any given moment access your own data, modify it and delete it just by logging in and proceeding to your profile on the Applications;

You can also at any given moment deactivate your account in just a few taps by logging in and proceeding to the "Account" tab on the Applications.
4. Security
We endeavour to take appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure of your personal data. However, we can not guarantee 100% that your data is 100% secure. It is important for you, the User, to maintain the confidentiality of your details and content on your own accord to minimise any occurring data disclosure in case of an insecurity and to always make sure that what you choose to publish would not be life-threatening if it found its way into the hands of the wrong person.
You understand that when publishing content there is always a risk of your data's being compromised.
We can not also guarantee 100% the confidentiality or deletion of public data in the public parts of the Services. We can not be held responsible for any spamming suffered by the Service User who decides voluntarily to publish his/her email address online. In that, please note that We do not publish anyone's email address.
